Anthony comes to us from another Association law firm where he served as a Senior Lead Attorney. A native Floridian, Anthony's diverse legal background includes lien foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, creditor side bankruptcy, covenant violations, declaratory judgements, quiet title actions, tenant evictions, title transfers, business contracts, business re-organization, act of replevin, criminal defense, and debt collection.
Prior to joining Garfinkel Whynot, Anthony worked as a corporate Attorney and Assistant Public Defender in the 9th Judicial Circuit. The demanding positions required a significant amount of motion and trial practice, wherein Anthony enjoyed an overwhelming rate of success on behalf of his clients. Anthony has also clerked for the Honorable Samuel Stafford, taught Criminal Justice and Political Science classes at local colleges, and explored over 45 countries in the world.
