Alan Garfinkel is President of the Garfinkel Whynot law firm. His Firm was voted the Top Community Association and Construction Defect Law Firm in a statewide vote conducted by the Florida Community Association Journal. Alan has practiced from the same historic building in Central Florida for nearly 30 years, while also serving his clients from offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and St. Augustine. Alan has numerous national recognitions, including the “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
